Rx Bar Review
Recently I have discovered RX Bars… For a while now I have heard lots of things about them, yet, just never had the opportunity to try them. So, I decided it was high time I find out what all the hype was about!
With very minimal ingredients, which include: egg whites, dates, and nuts, these bars are as “clean” as they get! I love how basic the ingredients are and they pack a surprising 12g of protein per bar. With my busy lifestyle, and being on the go from jobs, workouts, traveling, or school, the amount of protein in my bars is always an important factor I consider.
Another thing I really love about these RX Bars is the company. Like they say on their packages, “No B.S.”. This could not be more true about their bars. There is no added “junk” and the company is very upfront about all their ingredients, manufacturing, and background.
I personally love to eat one of the RX Bars with some scrambled eggs and veggies in the morning for a great high protein-pre workout breakfast. I don’t like to workout on an empty stomach because I have found I do better in my workouts if I have a little something on my stomach. So, these bars will definitely be a reoccurring pre-work out snack for me! So far, my personal favorite is either the blueberry or the dark chocolate sea salt! It amazes me how great these taste and with such minimal ingredients. Sometimes, I like to just enjoy one as a snack when I am on the go or studying…
