Recently I decided to try going vegetarian and so far so good! Because I have grown up with parents who are veterinarians, animals are very important to me. So, for that reason I am deciding to try it and just from a nutritional stand point I like the sound of it! Being vegetarian means I will not being eating meat (chicken, fish, shrimp, etc.). And because of that I need to make sure that I find good protein sources. I have been loving tofu, beans, chickpeas, and eggs as my protein sources but I'd love it if you all had any suggestions. I found this tofu at central market and I highly recommend it for anyone! Not just vegans and vegetarians. It's is already made and is delicious hot or cold (I eat it both ways). So if your looking to try something different definitely give this tofu a try!
